A Harbor Camps wedding means much more time to stay and play with your guests than a traditional wedding venue. We are an affordable camp option that provides overnight accommodations for up to 200 guests on our beautiful 116-acre lakefront property. Though Harbor Camps does not provide our own catering or other services, we have recommended vendors and would be happy to point you in the right direction.

2024 dates:

2025 dates in September and early October are now available to be booked.

We are approximately one hour and 45 minutes from Boston and 4 hours from New York City. Harbor Camps is a queer-friendly organization.

For 2024, prices start at $9,250 for exclusive use of our facility from Friday at noon until Sunday evening. Please contact us for more information.

“I have known from a very young age that I wanted a unique summer camp themed wedding. And that’s exactly what I got and I could not be more obsessed. We visited 1 time, it was the first venue we looked at…The lake wraps around the whole side of the camp and is absolutely breathtaking in every spot…I can’t put into words what this venue and this place means to me. Thank you all so much – working with Harbor Camps is one of the best decisions I have ever made.” -Alyssa, married at Harbor Camps

Wedding Ceremony and Reception Sites:

Harbor Grove
“Campitheater” with a stage overlooking the lake
Our lower field is a large, well-maintained lawn with a peekaboo lake view
Our rustic rec hall includes a piano and holds approximately 100 guests with guest restrooms and lots of windows overlooking the lake
Our largest building, Edwards Dining Hall, holds 200 and has a stone fireplace, guest restrooms, and lots of windows overlooking the lake

Couples typically choose Edwards Dining Hall for the reception, which can hold up to 200 guests. Edwards Hall is a beautiful building with exposed wooden beams, a wraparound porch, and includes a large commercial kitchen perfect for caterers or friends preparing a meal. There are lots of wooden tables with benches and a spacious area perfect for dancing.

Additionally, Harbor Grove Grill is a great place to grill for a crowd, and there are several picnic tables outside. It is just a few steps down the hill from Edwards Hall and the kitchen, with sweeping lake views.

 Accommodations

Our honeymoon suite cabin, built in 2015, is a private small home set away from other cabins in a central location with lake views. It’s equipped with a kitchenette and living area, full bathroom, bedroom, and air conditioning.

We have 27 guest “camper” cabins, many of which were built in 2015 and later. They are rustic and fun and most can sleep up to 10 in bunk beds. Each is very close to our brand new bathroom and shower facilities.
